After your initial examination, we will review the treatment proposed and what your dental investment will be prior to treatment. We believe in informing each patient regarding any services before they are preformed so there will be no unexpected surprises. Please bring the necessary proof of insurance with you on appointment day. We will help you maximize your insurance dollars.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
